Yes. Site-specific assessment is a core part of Rook’s operating model. For more complex requirements, a site visit can be arranged before the final plan and quotation are agreed.

Reporting can be tailored to the requirement and may include incident reports, service feedback, post-event summaries and other agreed reporting. Ongoing clients can also have a named point of contact with Director-level oversight.

Presentation is matched to the environment. Personnel may operate in Rook-branded uniform or client/site-specific dress where that is appropriate to the requirement.
